Mission accomplished: our Control Room and Patrol & Response Team gets together!

Getting our Control Room and Patrol & Response Team together for a social evening recently was nothing short of a logistical triumph!

These teams run our operation 24/7, 365 days a year, covering various shifts, which historically makes coordinating a shared event quite a challenge. Since their presence is essential to our out-of-hours coverage, we also had to ensure all risk assessments were completed and all bases were covered to make the event possible while maintaining seamlessly high service levels.

However, make it happen we did.

It is incredibly important, and especially for teams with rotational shifts, that we create opportunities for them to connect, build stronger relationships, and have fun. This social time directly supports teamwork and collaboration on the job. This was also a vital opportunity for 4 Site Security to show our deep appreciation for this hard-working team who consistently manage the challenges of working on the front line of our business.

The team deserved the time to relax, bond, and enjoy themselves. They had a great evening eating and drinking, and playing pool and bowling. A huge thank you to the entire Patrol & Response Team for everything you do and to Mike McAllister, our Control Room and Mobile Manager, for making the arrangements.
